Amseco Exploration has commenced exploration at its Tisdale Property, well located between the McIntyre mine headframe and Dome Mine and Pit of Gold, Canada.
The property has four mining claims that are single units and cover an area of 57 hectares in total, which is sited in Tisdale Township, Ontario in Timmins. Most prolific gold producing region in Canada is the Timmins gold camp that has produced over 65 million ounces from the first gold discovery.
Metamorphosed volcanic rocks are present below the claims and it belongs to the Tisdale group, which has gold deposits of the Porcupine Gold Camp.
At first, Amseco will set up a full control grid, on the southern and eastern parts of the property. It has lines that have 50m spacing and 7 km total length. The company will collect up to 140 soil gas hydrocarbon geochemical samples at 50 meter gaps when the grid is complete; to discover and outline quartz-ankerite-gold mineralized veins.
The geochemical survey results will help upcoming plans for a provoked polarization resistivity geophysical study. The anomalies from the two surveys will be analyzed in late 2011 or early 2012. Amseco has allotted $25,000 for the Phase I exploration program.
