National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report Filed on Bayhorse Silver Mine Property

BAYHORSE SILVER INC. (the "Company") reports that it has filed a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report on its recently acquired Bayhorse Silver Mine property in eastern Oregon. The Report that can be viewed on the Company's website www.bayhorsesilver.com/properties/technical-reports, was prepared by Dr. G. E. Ray, P.Geol., an independent geological consultant and a qualified person as defined by NI-43-101.

The Company has submitted approximately 300 kilograms of mineral samples from the Bayhorse property to Met-Solve Laboratories Inc of Langley, BC, for Dense Media Separation testing and to confirm the flotation recovery results from prior operators.

The area where the bonanza grade silver results of up to 150 kg/ton silver were obtained, as reported in the Company's news release BHS2014-01, has been systematically sampled along the strike of the high grade mineralized zone, and additional samples have been submitted for assays. Results will be released when received.

The Company has engaged American Mining and Tunneling of Elko, Nevada, to advise on rehabilitation of the underground workings to provide for safe access to the workings, where an assessment of the mineralized zones for a potential bulk sampling program will be undertaken. Campbell & Walker Geophysics Ltd of Vancouver has been engaged to advise on a proposed geophysics program on the Bayhorse Property, where initially a gradient array IP/Resistivity program is planned.
