Thermo Scientific’s ARL EQUINOX 1000 X-ray Diffractometer offer users a simple yet powerful benchtop XRD analyzer, enabling them to experience real-time measurement. This XRD instrument is highly powered and built for QA applications, as well as routing X-ray diffraction studies.
The ARL EQUINOX 1000 X-ray Diffractometer provides high resolution performance and simplified operation, which is maintenance-free. The software contains the operating conditions.
At the end of the experiment, the operating conditions and completed tasks are summarized in an analysis report. With the aid of a 30-position autosampler, the EQUINOX 1000 X-ray Diffractometer is able to run unattended or in batch mode.
Description
- All diffraction peaks can be measured simultaneously over a wide angular range, courtesy of the distinct EQUINOX curved detector. Analysis of nearly all samples is finished in only a few minutes, regardless of the resolution requirements.
- There is no need for scanning, and the entire two Ɵ ranges are measured in real time simultaneously.
- The sample holders available consist of: a spinning sample holder, for reflection and transmission modes; a capillary sample holder, for transmission mode; an automatic six or 30-position sample changer; and a small, thin layer attachment.
- This can be applied in the environmental, metallurgy, mining, education, cement, research, pharmaceuticals, and geology industries.
