Highland Resources to Acquire Copper Properties in Michigan

Highland Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:HI) has reported that it has signed a non-binding Letter of Intent for the acquisition of an interest in and development of certain copper resources located in Keweenaw and Houghton Counties, Michigan.

The transaction is subject to, among other matters, the execution of a definitive agreement, receipt of certain third party consents, and receipt of all required regulatory approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
