Kalahari Greentech, Franklin Mining to Establish Silver, Lead and Zinc Recovery at Escala Mina I, Bolivia

Kalahari Greentech announces negotiating a Joint Venture Agreement with Franklin Mining to begin an operation for silver, lead and zinc recovery at Escala Mina I in Bolivia.

Previously, COMIBOL (National Mining Company of Bolivia) has awarded rights to Franklin Mining to explore and exploit metals and minerals at the Escala Mina I. At first, Franklin has established a joint-venture with COMIBOL and Cooperativa Minera "INTI". After completing the infrastructure works, the company started the mining operations and other renovations at the center of operations and main tunnels in the mine. Kalahari Greentech is focusing on the development, construction, and operation of wind and solar energy projects and this will be the first mining joint venture for the company. After the expenditures, the revenue distributions will be divided equally within each company in the joint-venture.

Kalahari Greentech and Franklin Mining will be having joint and equal mining responsibilities under the terms of the joint-venture and will offer diverse management services.
