Treasury Metals Announces Addition of Third Drill Rig to Goliath Gold Project

Treasury Metals has announced the addition of a third drill rig to the Goliath Gold project. The company is extending the ongoing 20,000 metre diamond drill program to 30,000 metres.

This drilling program had started in December 2010 and it concentrates on infill drilling and resource extension and so far Treasury Metals has completed 16,000 metres, totaling 43 holes.

Now, all the three drill rigs have focused on outlining the high-grade zone based on the positive high-grade drilling results. The company has intersected 32.73 g/t gold over 16.60m in hole TL11-135.

These drilling results have made the third drill rig to extend and accelerate the program. Towards the end of this program, the company is expecting to deliver a revised resource estimation, which will be the base for mine feasibility study, which will finish in the third quarter of this year.
