Teras Resources Obtains Remaining Assay Results from Cahuilla Project

Teras Resources has received the assay results from the diamond drilling performed at the Cahuilla project, which is a huge paleo-hot springs and epithermal system having several high-grade veins present in a wide spread gold-silver mineralization.

The company’s objective of conducting the drilling campaign was to examine the surface measurements and down dip expansions of the sheeted quartz veins that were projecting at the High Grade Hill to schedule the ongoing 20,000 m of drilling. Teras drilled a sequence of barriers of near surface holes to assess the vein’s continuity and develop current gold and silver mineralization. Inspectorate Laboratory in Nevada performed the core assaying. The project geologist, Mr. Paul Stubbe collected the samples, which were split into half for the purpose of assaying and sampling. The company has placed the split core in sample bags and sent to Inspectorate laboratory for processing.

The company has intersected 17.09 g/t gold over 0.8 m and 3.53 g/t gold over 5.9 m in the hole CAH-119, 3.60 g/t gold over 2.1 m and 1.75 g/t gold over 10.1 m in the hole CAH-120, 7.36 g/t gold over 1.5 m and 2.91 g/t gold over 11.5 m in the hole CAH-122, 0.82 g/t gold over 6.4 m in the hole CAH-123 and 0.58 g/t gold over 15.5 m in the hole CAH-124.

The core campaign results have found the regions to target the currently ongoing wide reverse circulation campaign. The main goal of this program is to drill several high-grade gold veins, which have been obtained all over the project region and target the extended gold and silver mineralization extension outlined by previous drilling and include it in the resource report.
