Safe and Simple Operation
Handling the AS 200 control is straightforward and user-friendly.
Every sieving parameter – vibration height, duration, and interval – is digitally configured, displayed, and tracked.
Up to 99 parameter profiles (SOPs) can be saved for regular testing. Using the built-in interface, the device connects to a PC to be managed through the EasySieve® evaluation software. This application allows operators to execute the complete sieving workflow along with its resulting documentation effortlessly, precisely, and in compliance with established standards.

Wet Sieving with Vibratory Sieve Shakers
Wet sieving is the ideal option in many situations, such as when the material to be tested is a suspension or when a very fine sample (less than 45 μm) that tends to agglomerate needs to be sieved.
Wet sieving is possible with any of RETSCH's vibrating sieve shakers. Special accessories include collecting pans with an outlet and clamping lids with a spray nozzle.
Air cushions can expand without allowing liquid or sample material to escape by placing RETSCH's venting rings between the sieves.
