IS LED Lighting System from Burn Brite

The IS LED Lighting system is an innovative light-emitting diode mine lighting system that can potentially replace fluorescent lighting and act as an intrinsically safe emergency lighting system operable in Zone 0 environments.

The body is moulded in a high impact strength, static dissipative and fire–retardant nylon and the clear visor is moulded in polycarbonate and fitted with ‘O’ rings for moisture protection.

Four high strength rare earth magnets are attached to the corners for mounting the light on a ferrous metallic surface. Secondary securing can be achieved with either roof welded pins and ‘R’ clips, or a stainless steel wire lanyard.

The light enclosure is encapsulated to prevent moisture ingress and assist in heat dissipation.
