Gold Reach Resources Receives Assay Results from Ootsa Property

Gold Reach Resources has declared that it has obtained the assay results from holes S12-108 to S12-111 drilled at its 100% owned Ootsa Property, which is situated nearby the Huckleberry Mine in British Columbia.

Cross section location map

Holes from S12-108 to 111 are drilled in the West Seel zone. Angle holes, S12-108 and 109, are specifically drilled to south east, and were focused to drill through the east border of West Seel mineralization to confine the orientation and location of the east frontier.

The company intersected 8.75 g/t gold over 2 m, averaging 0.56% copper equivalent (CuEq) over 316 m, 0.71% CuEq over 76 m and 1% CuEq over 30 m in hole S12-108, which encountered shallow high-grade mineralization zones. High-grade shallow mineralization discovered in this hole is a positive expansion that may support the economy of the zone. The 2 m interval in this hole included a 0.1 m thick carbonate quartz vein containing 3% pyrite along with arsenopyrite.

Gold Reach encountered 0.52% CuEq over 292 m and 0.72% CuEq over 120 m in hole S12-109; and 0.34% copper over 739.9 m and 0.46% CuEq over 206 m in hole S12-110, which was drilled to 945.1 m of total depth towards northwest.

Hole S12-111 was specifically collared towards the West Seel zone’s eastern part and did not encountered the mineralized zone. This hole was drilled to 832.3 m of total depth towards southwest. It returned 0.43 g/t gold over 34 m, 0.35 g/t gold over 32 m and 0.23 g/t gold over 50 m. The current drilling strives to extensively extend the mineralized zone found at the West Seel deposit. The objective of the program is to increase the West Seel deposit’s size.

Three rigs are now operating at the Ootsa property, in which one is at the Ox porphyry and two are at the West Seel zone. The company has drilled holes from Ox12-27 to 35 at the Ox porphyry and has completed 22,100 m of drilling during this year’s campaign. The company is conducting a 25,000 m campaign aimed to outline the West Seel Porphyry and examine the Ox deposit’s extension potential.
