About the event speakers: 

Rajendra Mishra has been working with analytical and process instrumentation for over 30 years. An instrumentation Engineer by education, he joined Malvern Panalytical and has since taking various roles, moving from customer support to sales to product management.

Over the course of his career, he has assisted numerous companies in finding the relevant analytical solution based on their requirements. These span from cement to coal to iron ore and many other metals and minerals. Rajendra specialises in online process and automation solutions involving elemental to near in-fra red to particle size analysis. 

Oliver Schmitt is an accomplished expert in process instrumentation and automation solutions. With a degree in Dipl.-Ing.(FH) from Fachhochschule für Technik Mannheim, he has held key positions at W.R.GRACE GmbH and SICK AG, gaining extensive experience in the field. During his time at WR Grace Oliver was a pioneer in applying Laser Diffraction for online particle sizing. 

Currently with Malvern Instruments Ltd., Oliver serves as the Director of Business Development for Process & Automation Solutions. His expertise spans product specialization, business line management, and process sales.

After studying chemical engineering at the University of Twente and teaching chemistry at a secondary school, she has been working as an application specialist XRF for (Malvern) Panalytical since 2000. In recent years she has been working a lot with energy dispersive XRF, with in particular the Epsilon Xflow.
