Aloro Mining Corp. and the Mulatos Ejido Renew Three-Year Surface Access Agreement

Aloro Mining Corp. is happy to report that it has entered into a new three-year surface access contract with the Mulatos Ejido.

As part of the new agreement, all types of exploration activities such as drilling of around 50 drill holes and road-building will be permitted.

The earlier contract was limited to just 12 drill holes that were completed by Aloro Mining Corp. in the fourth quarter of 2018. Hence, to continue the drilling operation, the company needed to sign a new contract.

Compared to the earlier contract which covered only the Ejido lands in concession title # 244241 (southern block), the new contract covers the Ejido lands in concession title # 246230 (northern block) and concession title # 244241 (southern block). In addition, the new contract will provide time to Aloro Mining Corp. to properly explore the extensive 3199-hectare project, since the company has identified several showings and structures that require additional work.

I would like to thank the Ejido for their help and support to let us continue with our exploration programs. I am very pleased that we were able to reach an agreement. The initial plan is to get the drill rig back on the property and follow up on what we have discovered in LVRC 12 in the south east portion of the property.

Thomas A. Doyle, President, CEO, Aloro Mining Corp.
