Titan Minerals has extended broad, high-grade gold-silver mineralization beyond the current resource at its 100%-owned Dynasty Gold Project in southern Ecuador, strengthening the resource growth case at Cerro Verde ahead of an updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for early 2027.

Latest drilling at the Brecha-Comanche target has confirmed a 30-meter lateral extension to a zone first identified in 2025, returning 16.0 meters at 2.8 g/t gold and 9.1 g/t silver from 433.9 meters in hole CVDD25-158. The intersection sits outside the current resource and follows an earlier result of 31.4 meters at 2.3 g/t gold and 7.1 g/t silver from the same emerging mineralized zone.
For Titan, the significance lies in the continuity being demonstrated beyond the existing resource boundary at Cerro Verde. The company is using systematic step-out drilling to test extensions to the mineralized system, with the latest result adding further evidence that areas surrounding the current resource remain open for potential growth.
Dynasty currently hosts a Mineral Resource of 65.55 million tons at 1.85 g/t gold and 12.38 g/t silver for 3.90 million ounces of gold and 26.10 million ounces of silver. Cerro Verde accounts for the majority of that inventory, containing 2.70 million ounces of gold and 16.15 million ounces of silver.
The new extensional result comes as Titan also advances resource conversion drilling designed to improve confidence in parts of the existing resource.
Hole CVDD26-205 returned several broad mineralized intervals, including 19.7 meters at 2.6 g/t gold and 14.0 g/t silver from 253.3 meters, 5.5 meters at 2.2 g/t gold and 11.6 g/t silver from 298.1 meters, and 22.1 meters at 2.5 g/t gold and 5.9 g/t silver from 324.6 meters. A re-entry of CVDD24-121 also intersected 12.5 meters at 2.8 g/t gold and 28.4 g/t silver from 337.2 meters.
The infill program is aimed at supporting upgrades to the Indicated resource category by confirming mineralization continuity at closer drill spacing. Titan said the additional geological and assay data would also improve confidence in the resource model, particularly within the conceptual open-pit area being targeted for resource conversion drilling.
The latest results add to Titan’s recent identification of a separate shear-hosted zone at Brecha-Comanche, where drilling returned 33.5 meters at 6.6 g/t gold and 55.5 g/t silver from 236.7 meters in CVDD26-199. That mineralization sits within a broader northwest structural corridor measuring approximately 1.6 kilometers by 800 meters, with further drilling underway to test potential repetitions and lateral extensions.
Titan’s CEO Melanie Leighton commented:
“We are excited to be delivering more significant results from our drilling, confirming the quality and predictability of the Dynasty orebody. We have results pending for 17 diamond holes for ∼4,600 m, as part of our resource growth and conversion drilling programs, while in parallel we also continue to advance the Scoping Studies.”
“We are confident that our drilling programs have the potential to materially enhance the Dynasty MRE, with drilling being focused on the Cerro Verde deposit, which already boasts 2.7 Moz gold and 16.2 Moz silver.”
“To accelerate this momentum, we have added a fourth diamond drill rig and will commence operations with an RC rig in October. These additions will enable faster drilling and allow us to evaluate multiple high-priority growth targets over the coming 3-4 months. Given the strong performance of our 2026 drilling program, we now expect to complete the updated MRE, incorporating these drilling results, ahead of the Dynasty Scoping Study, with both expected to be delivered in early 2027.”
Titan is now expanding its drilling program across several resource growth targets at Cerro Verde, including further extensions to Brecha-Comanche, mineralization beneath a historic waste dump, extensions at Kaliman and areas where major geological structures intersect.
Four diamond rigs are currently operating at Cerro Verde, with an RC rig expected to join the program. Results from 17 diamond holes covering about 4,600 meters remain pending. The expanded drilling program is intended to allow additional extensional targets to be incorporated into the Dynasty Mineral Resource update, anticipated in Q1 2027.
The Dynasty Scoping Study is also now anticipated in Q1 2027, allowing the updated resource to be incorporated into the study before completion. Titan expects further drilling results in the coming weeks as resource growth and conversion work continues at Cerro Verde.
