Green Mining Technologies Acquires Rights to Gold Mining Claim in California

Green Mining Technologies, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Planet Group, Inc., has acquired rights to a one hundred sixty (160) acre gold mining claim in Kern County, California from the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. The Company plans to begin a small mining operation on the claim in early June, 2016.

Matamec Announces Significant Gold Potential Results from Hoyle-Matheson Royalties Property

Matamec Explorations Inc. ("Matamec" or the "Company") announces the results of a review of the gold potential of the Hoyle-Matheson Royalties Property ("HMR"). As described in its press release dated March 2, 2016, Matamec sold its interest in the Colbert/Anglo Property and surface rights on 8 claims and received as consideration an amount of CAD$500,000 and a 1% Net Smelter Return ("NSR") Royalty on four properties collectively referred to as the Hoyle-Matheson Royalties Property (the details of the NSR terms are described below).

TerraX Provides Assay Results from Nine Hole Drill Program at Yellowknife City Gold Project

TerraX Minerals Inc. has received assay results from a nine hole drill program testing quartz vein and replacement style mineralization at the Sam Otto target on its Walsh Lake property of the Yellowknife City Gold Project ("YCG"), immediately north of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories. This zone had not previously been tested by TerraX, but had sporadic drilling reported from the 1980s and 1990s.
