B2Gold Files NI 43-101 Technical Report on Fekola Gold Project in Mali

B2Gold Corp. ("B2Gold" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce that further to its news release dated June 11, 2015 announcing the results of an optimized Feasibility Study on the Company's Fekola Gold Project located in Mali, it has today filed a National Instrument 43-101 technical report entitled "B2Gold Corp NI 43-101 Technical Report Feasibility Study on the Fekola Gold Project in Mali" with an effective date of June 30, 2015 (the "Report").

TerraX to Focus Drilling on Barney Shear and Crestaurum at Yellowknife City Gold Project

TerraX Minerals Inc. has commenced drilling on its wholly-owned Yellowknife City Gold project ("YCG") in the Northwest Territories. This summer drill campaign will total up to 6,000 m of drilling and will focus on the Barney Shear, which is the extension of the Con/Giant shear system that produced over 14 Moz of gold; and Crestaurum, which is a high grade gold zone with more than 200 drill intersections from historical holes and recent drilling by TerraX.
