Burkina Faso Government Approves Transfer of Guiro-Diouga Mine Permit to Komet Resources

Komet Resources Inc. ("Komet" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the transfer of the Guiro-Diouga mine permit to its subsidiary Komet Resources Africa SA has been approved under ministerial decree at the Council of Ministers of Burkina Faso on March 25, 2015. André Gagné, President and CEO stated: "With this transaction now completed, I am confident that everything will be well implemented, with our experienced team already in place, in order to maximize the full potential of the Guiro mine." Chilean Metals Completes Purchase of Three Mining Concessions near Candelaria Mine

Chilean Metals Inc. has completed the previously announced purchase of three mining concessions totalling 600 hectares (1,483 acres) near the Candelaria mine in Chile's Third Region from private Chilean owners. Under the terms of the agreement, CMX paid the vendors $50,000 USD in cash and issued 600,000 shares.

Midway Gold Completes First Gold Pour at Pan Mine

Midway Gold Corp. celebrates the completion of a first gold pour yesterday at the Pan Mine in White Pine County, Nevada. Pan is the Company’s first producing mine and has advanced from permitting through construction in just over three years. Yesterday, 20 days after the introduction of cyanide, we poured approximately 100 ounces while commissioning the refinery. As previously indicated, our first production-scale pour, is still scheduled for Monday, March 30th.
