Rubicon Minerals Completes Infill Drilling Program, Continues to Identify Gold Mineralization within F2 Deposit

Rubicon Minerals Corporation ("Rubicon" or the "Company") has completed its 38,000-metre infill drilling program from the 244-metre level. The drilling program resulted in mineral discoveries within the F2 Deposit and to the north and south of the main zone. In addition, Rubicon will commence a surface drilling program in the first quarter of 2015 to potentially extend the F2 Deposit to the north.

Red Pine Completes Drilling of Six Exploration Holes on Surluga Gold Deposit

Red Pine Exploration Inc. (the "Company" or "Red Pine") completed drilling of 6 exploration holes on the Surluga Gold Deposit during the December 2014 field program to better define mineralization and alteration mineralogy on the property. A ground magnetic survey and an initial induced polarization geophysical survey were also completed over the known gold mineralization.

Delta Gold and Commonwealth Silver to Mutually Terminate Binding Agreement

Effective immediately, Delta Gold Corporation and Commonwealth Silver and Gold Mining Inc., a privately-held company incorporated under the federal laws of Canada, have agreed to mutually release one another and terminate their Arrangement Agreement dated June 6, 2014 and subsequent amendments with respect to a proposed business combination that would have resulted in a reverse takeover of Delta Gold by Commonwealth Silver.
