Pilot Gold Files NI 43-101 Technical Report for TV Tower Exploration Property, Canakkale

Pilot Gold Inc. ("Pilot Gold" or the "Company") has filed a National Instrument 43-101 - Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects ("NI 43-101") technical report entitled "Independent Technical Report for the TV Tower Exploration Property, Canakkale, Western Turkey" (the "Report"), effective January 21, 2014 and dated February 20, 2014, on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.

Midland Commences Diamond Drilling Campaign on Laflamme Property

Midland Exploration Inc. ("Midland") is pleased to announce the start of a diamond drilling campaign on its Laflamme property, to test high-priority targets located along a gold trend identified during the 2013 work program. The Laflamme property is located about 25 kilometres northwest of the town of Lebel-sur-Quévillon and about 30 kilometres east of the Sleeping Giant mine and mill in Quebec.

Teuton Commissions Geological Assessment of Treaty Creek Property

Golden Hope Mines and Uragold Bay Resources Enter Agreement to Advance Bellechasse-Timmins Gold Deposit

Golden Hope Mines Limited - Golden Hope Mines Limited ("GNH, or the Company") is pleased to announce that it has signed a Letter of Intent ("LOI") with Uragold Bay Resources ("UBR") to advance the Bellechasse-Timmins Gold Deposit ("B-T") in the development of a producing mine. UBR will be responsible for obtaining all required permits, approvals, and documentation associated with going into production, in return for a 30% interest in B-T.

Commissioning of Kibali Gold Mine Sulphide Circuit Underway, Reports Randgold

Commissioning of the sulphide circuit at the Kibali gold mine in the Democratic Republic of Congo is underway, Randgold Resources chief executive Mark Bristow announced here today. Kibali started production from its open pit through its oxide circuit last September and completion of the sulphide circuit will significantly advance its development as a world class gold mining complex.

The management of Vantex Resources Ltd announces, following a joint agreement with Exploration Aurtois Inc, the acquisition of a 100% interest in the Belleterre Extreme-Est property (19 claims adjacent to Vantex Guillet property) in exchange of a cash payment of $10,000 and the issuance to Aurtois, of 1 million common shares of Vantex. Aurtois retaining no royalties.
