Largo Resources Releases Additional Drilling Results from Maracas Project

Largo Resources has received the further drilling results of five holes from Maracas PGM-Vanadium project in Brazil, where the company is carrying on an 11,000 m diamond drilling campaign.

The company has intersected 2.09% V2O5 over 7.0 m and 1.00% V2O5over 5.0 m in hole FGA108, 1.28% V2O5over 5.0 m and 1.01% V2O5over 6.0 m in hole FGA109, 1.00% V2O5 over 15 m in hole FGA110. The new step out drill holes are from the Gulcari A deposit and differ from 100 to 200 m

The Vice President of Largo has stated that the encouraging drilling results carry on the validation of the uniformity values of vanadium at depth and in the fresh zones located to the west and east of the Gulcari deposit.

He added that numerous fresh zones were identified at the deposit’s west side through 100 m FGA109 and FGA110 step out drill holes. Moreover, the further holes examined the zones that are located 2 km to the north part along the trends of Gulcari A and B deposit.

The company is drilling further step out holes continuously to outline the mineralization limits. Drilling has been shifted from the Gulcari A deposit to examine the Gulcari B zone that is situated 1.5 km north and 500 m east of Gulcari A deposit. Moreover, Largo is analyzing fresh zones that are about 6.0 km to the north.

At present, the company has two operating rigs at the property to considerably increase the mineral resource of 13.1 Mt at a grade of 1.34% in average on the property. Largo has discovered many high priority targets along the Gulcari A and B trends. It will announce additional drilling results when available.
