Endeavour Silver has been cutting high-grade gold and silver continuously during the exploration drilling program at the Daniela vein identified recently in the Guanajuato Mines project’s Lucero South region, Mexico.
The company has intersected 14.0 g/t gold and 448 g/t silver over 4.61 m in hole DN-17 and 7.73 g/t gold, 170 g/t silver over 7.14 m in hole DN-21 at the Daniela vein.
Endeavour’s Vice President of Exploration, Barry Devlin has stated that the company is expanding the high grade mineralization of silver and gold persistently over the extensive thickness of veins to the northern side in the Daniela vein through the exploration campaign at Guanajuato. Two service drill rigs are presently working at the project and continue the drill program to the north area of Daniela and the company has several remaining drill targets for analysis.
The company has divided all the samples at the Guanajuato’s field office and has delivered to the ALS-Chemex Labs. These samples are dehydrated, mashed, divided in the lab and pulp samples of 50 g are prepared for assessment. The lab employs fire assay and an atomic absorption (AA) finish technique to find silver and gold and AA method to find other constituents.
