Carmax Mining Corp. ("Carmax") on completion of the recently announced financing, the Company (see News Release dated December 21, 2015) is pleased to outline the 2016 Exploration Program on its 100% owned Eaglehead porphyry copper property located in northern British Columbia. The exploration program is expected to cost $1.5 million.

Prosper Gold to Acquire 90% Interest in Wydee and Matachewan Claims in Central Ontario

Prosper Gold Corp. ("Prosper Gold" or the "Company") is pleased announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement (the "Option Agreement") with Alexandria Minerals Corporation ("Alexandria"), whereby Alexandria has granted the Company the option to acquire a 90% interest in the Wydee and Matachewan claims in central Ontario (collectively, the "Properties") which cover approximately 30 km of strike of the Cadillac fault system, extending west and east of the Young Davidson Gold Mine.

Discovery has received a permit to mine a 10,000 tonne bulk sample and is presently working with the different ministries to apply for a small mines permit.
