Encouraging Assay Results Show Promise for Expansion of Karma Project's Kao Deposit

True Gold Mining Inc.("True Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that new assay results returned encouraging gold intersections 600 metres north of the Karma Gold Project's ("Karma Project") Kao deposit ("Kao") and highlight the potential to expand the deposit, which currently contains a 360,501-ounce Indicated resource averaging 0.897 g/t gold in 12.5 million tonnes1 of oxide material.

Condor Gold Updates Metallurgical Testwork at La India Project

Condor ("Condor" or "the Company"), a gold exploration company focused on delineating a large commercial reserve on its 100%-owned La India Project in Nicaragua, which hosts a CIM compliant Mineral Resource of 2,375,000 oz gold at 4.6g/t, is pleased to announce metallurgical testwork commenced in early April 2013 on approximately 500kg of sample material from La India Project.

Centerra Gold Provides Update on Status of Kumtor Project

Centerra Gold Inc. today provided an update on the status of the Kumtor project. The Company understands that the Kyrgyz Government has taken steps to remove the road block affecting the mine, however the Government has declared a state of emergency and until calm returns and safe and secure access can be restored, the Company will continue with an orderly shutdown of the mine facilities. The Company continues to work closely and cooperatively with the Government.
