Yukon Government Authorizes Victoria Gold’s Eagle Gold Project

A decision by the Yukon government has authorized Victoria Gold Corporation to move to the final stages of licensing for its Eagle Gold project. The government has approved the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board (YESAB) executive committee's assessment and recommendation on the project, a proposed gold mine located northeast of Mayo and within the Traditional Territory of the Na-Cho Nyäk Dun.

Medusa Reports Positive Outcome from Bananghilig Gold Deposit Scoping Study

Medusa Mining Limited (¡°Medusa¡± or the ¡°Company¡±), through its Philippines operating company Philsaga Mining Corporation advises that the positive results of its first pass Bananghilig Gold Deposit Scoping Study©ö to ¡¾ 25% accuracy warrant the commencement of a Feasibility Study to be undertaken by external consultants. It is planned to complete the Feasibility Study in the September quarter 2013 which will include financial outcomes.

Deveron Announces Early Stage Exploration Program Results on Nechako Property

Balmoral Resources Ltd. ("Balmoral" or the "Company") announced today that it has completed the winter 2013 drill program on its Detour Trend Gold Project in Quebec. Drilling was focused in and around the high-grade Martiniere West Zone and Bug Lake area gold discoveries and on exploration targets on the broader Martiniere Property. The expansion and exploration drill program was completed on time and on budget.

Greencastle Resources Ltd. ("Greencastle") subsidiary Deveron Resources Ltd. ("Deveron") has reported very encouraging results from a recent exploration program, carried out late in the 2012 field season on Deveron's 100% owned Nechako Property (see Deveron press release dated April 5, 2013). Greencastle holds 7,569,505 Deveron shares or approximately 64% of Deveron's 11,794,505 common shares outstanding.
