El Tigre Reports Significant Progress in Gold Hill Drilling Campaign

El Tigre Silver Corp. Klondike Gold Reports Results of 2012 Exploration Program at Lewis McNeil Creek Property

Klondike Gold Corp.'s (the 'Company') exploration in 2012 involved preliminary evaluation of a gold prospect located on the Company's wholly owned Lewis McNeil Creek property in the Purcell Mountains of southern British Columbia. The Brook zone is spread across 15 claims where exploration consisted of included geological mapping, a ground VLF-EM survey, prospecting and sampling.

Tarsis Options 75% Interest in Erika Gold Project to Osisko

Tarsis Resources Ltd. ("Tarsis" and the "Company") is pleased to announce it has optioned its Erika property, located in southern Mexico, to Osisko Mining Corporation ("Osisko"). The Option and Joint Venture Letter Agreement (the "Agreement") grants Osisko the right to earn up to a 75% interest by funding exploration and development of the property and making cash payments to Tarsis.

Silver Wheaton Signs $1.9 Billion Deal to Acquire Gold Production from Vale

Silver Wheaton Corp. ("Silver Wheaton" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has entered into a binding term sheet to acquire from a subsidiary of Vale S.A. ("Vale") an amount of gold equal to 25% of the life of mine gold production from its Salobo Mine, located in Brazil, as well as 70% of the gold production, for a 20-year term, from certain of its Sudbury Mines located in Canada.
