First Point to Purchase Cliffs' Ownership of Decar Nickel Project

Kaizen Discovery Inc. is pleased to announce that AM Gold Inc. shareholders passed a special resolution to approve the previously announced sale to Kaizen of Canper Exploraciones S.A.C., a Peruvian subsidiary of AM Gold whose material asset is the Pinaya Copper-Gold Project. The special resolution was approved by 99.9% of the votes cast by AM Gold shareholders.

MDN Enters JV with XINYE for Ikungu and Ikungu East Properties in Tanzania

MDN Inc. is pleased to announce that it has signed a Heads of Agreement with Sichuan Xinye Investment Corporation of Mining and Exploration to enter into a joint venture whereby XINYE would be transferred, in escrow, 50% of interests in the Company's Ikungu and Ikungu East properties in Tanzania and would have the option of retaining such interests by investing up to US$7M in such Properties over a maximum period of 42 months.

Minera IRL Temporarily Suspends Corihuarmi Mine Operations

Minera IRL Limited ("Minera IRL" or the "Company") announces that at approximately 5:00 pm on Saturday, 5 September, a group of approximately 100 individuals from the Community of Atcas forced their way on to the Corihuarmi minesite and is occupying key installations, forcing the Company to suspend all operations. The Company's Corihuarmi mine is located approximately 160 km southeast of Lima in Peru.
