West Australian Premier Colin Barnett Says China Angry with Australia Over Mining Tax

China will help get Oakajee back on track but it is angry with Australia over its mining tax issues said Premier Colin Barnett. He signed a draft agreement with the Chinese National Development and Reform Commission on behalf of Western Australia for an investment accord to get the stalled Oakajee port and rail project going again.
