Levon Resources to Purchase Valley High Ventures

Levon Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:LVN) (BERLIN:LO9) (FRANKFURT:LO9) and Valley High Ventures Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:VHV) announced today they have entered into a definitive arrangement agreement under which Levon will acquire 100% of the outstanding common shares of Valley High by way of a plan of arrangement.

Advanced Explorations Plans for 2011 Iron Ore Drilling Campaign

Advanced Explorations Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AXI) (FRANKFURT:AE6) has announced plans for a 2011 drilling campaign for its Nunavut projects. The Company forecasts that completion of its 2011 feasibility study will involve up to 15,000 metres of infill drilling for its Roche Bay project located on the Eastern coast of the Melville Peninsula. Furthermore, AEI will look at additional drilling along strike with the objective of increasing its NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate to beyond 750 million tonnes.

Abcourt Mines Reports Additional Drilling Results from Elder Gold Mine Property

Mr. Renaud Hinse, President and C.E.O. of Abcourt Mines Inc. (TSX VENTURE:ABI) (BERLIN:ABI) (FRANKFURT:ABI) has reported that additional drilling results from 11 holes in the western portion of the Elder Gold Mine Property, located 10 km northwest of Rouyn-Noranda, continue to expand this growing mineralized system which also remains open to the east, the north and at depth.
