First Quantum Minerals Announces Filing NI 43-101 Technical Report for Trident Project

First Quantum Minerals Ltd. ("First Quantum" or the "Company") reported today that it has filed on SEDAR the National Instrument 43-101 ("NI 43-101") Technical Report for its Trident project dated 31st May 2015 (the "Trident Technical Report"). The Trident Technical Report includes current Mineral Resources and Reserves estimates for both Sentinel and Enterprise, and supersedes the two NI 43-101 Technical Reports dated May 2012 (the "2012 Sentinel Technical Report") and December 2012 (the "2012 Enterprise Technical Report").

Orbite’s Canadian Fly Ash Monetization Patent is Deemed Allowable

Orbite Technologies Inc. ("Orbite" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it was advised by the Canadian Intellectual Property Office ("CIPO") that its patent application No. 2,862,307 titled "Processes for Treating Fly Ash" has been found allowable. Consequently, the Company has processed payment of the requisite fees and anticipates patent issuance within CIPO's usual timeframe of 9-12 weeks.

North Country Gold Becomes Wholly-Owned Subsidiary of Auryn Resources

Auryn Resources Inc. ("Auryn" or the "Company") and North Country Gold Corp. ("North Country") are pleased to announce the completion of the previously announced plan of arrangement (the "Arrangement") pursuant to which Auryn has acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of North Country ("North Country Shares"). North Country is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Auryn.
