Xmet Acquires 100% Option on Win-Win Project in Quebec

Xmet Inc. ("Xmet" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 100% option on the Win-Win Project located 35 kms southwest of the town of Chibougamau, Quebec. The Win-Win Project is adjacent to and immediately north of the IAMGold and TomaGold project called Monster Lake. In November 2013 IAMGold optioned a 50% interest in the Monster Lake Project in return for an investment of $17.575 million over a five year period. The agreement is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). See Figure 1 below for Map of Xmet's Win-Win claims.

Forum to Conduct Ground Gravity and Radon Surveys on Fir Island Project

Forum Uranium Corp. ("Forum" or the "Company") will conduct ground gravity and radon surveys on its 100% owned Fir Island Project to define drill targets along the newly identified East Channel Structural Corridor. Five holes from the recent drill program encountered intense alteration (quartz dissolution, dravite and sudoite alteration minerals) within sandstones over a major structural lineament (Figure 1). Secondary hematite and weakly anomalous radioactivity were intersected in the last three holes (FI-8, 9 and 10) of the winter drill program. Assay results are pending.

Cypress Enters Option Agreement for Frost Gold Property in Oregon

Cypress Development Corp. ("Cypress" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has entered into an Option Agreement with Robert D.
