Stellar AfricaGold to Perform Gravity Recovery Test Work on Balandougou B3 Oxide Ore

Maurice Giroux, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stellar AfricaGold Inc. ("Stellar" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that in the preparation for the 15,000 tons bulk sample announced on July 7th 2016, the Company has retained the services of SGS Metallurgy and Mineralogy Division of SGS South Africa to perform some gravity recovery test work on a 72 kilogram representative channel sample collected in the mineralized sections of trenches "F" "G" and "H" across the B3 gold structure.

The aim of the test work is to obtain primary laboratory confirmation regarding the gravity response of the B3 oxide ore. The results are to be used in the final selection of equipment to process a 15,000 tons bulk sample.

The test work will cover the following aspect:

  1. Sample Preparation: consisting of crushing all sample at - 2 mm and calculating time of milling of 4 different 10 kg samples in a laboratory ball mill for 4 different time period and determining the particle size distribution of the milled product.
  2. Head Analysis: ROM sample will be assayed for gold in triplicate by Fire Assay method on 50 g aliquots.
  3. Gravity Recoverable Gold Test: This aspect consist of testing gravity gold recuperation on 4 concentrates and 4 gravity tails of different particle size. Each of the 4 screen fractions will be dried, weighed and submitted for gold analysis.

The Company also wishes to inform shareholders that the planning of the 15,000 tons bulk samples of the B3 gold structures of the Balandougou project in progressing according to schedule. The primary objective of the bulk sample program is to investigate the amenability of the B3 oxide ore to gold extraction using gravity separation as the sole means of gold recovery. Gravity separation is the most environmental friendly gold extraction method as no chemical are used throughout the entire process. It is also the most economical solution for processing of surface oxide deposits.

Stellar has retained the expertise of the Company XKJ SOLUTION, a branch of Henan Xingyank Mining Machinery Manufactory of China for the conception of a 15-25 tons per hour Pilot Plant to process the bulk sample. The fine tuning of the pilot plant before ordering will be done according to the results of the ore characterisation test by SGS Laboratory of South Africa.
