They have assembled for the Company's imminent advanced exploration drilling initiative at the Big Mack Lithium Project (Property) scheduled to commence in November 2023.

The Company holds all the necessary permits to execute this advanced exploration drilling program at the Property, which is Pan American's prospective hard rock pegmatite lithium property situated approximately 80 km north of Kenora, Ontario.

Full Force has initiated the deployment of a skid-mounted A5 hydraulic drilling machine and a skilled operating crew for the purpose of drilling approximately 5,000 m at the Property. The drill program has been meticulously devised by Axiom's team of geological and geophysical experts, who will maintain on-site oversight and program management.

The primary objective behind this drilling endeavor is to quantify the presence and extent of critical mineralization at the Property. The ultimate goal is to establish a mineral resource estimate in accordance with the standards outlined in National Instrument 43-101, which governs the disclosure of mineral projects.

As part of the mobilization process, the Company and its project partner, Magabra Resources Corp. (Magabra), conducted a comprehensive site visit by vehicle to confirm the safe and efficient access to the project site. Fortunately, no immediate obstacles were identified, and access via paved road, gravel road, and drill trail is fully viable.

It is worth noting that Avalon Advanced Materials Inc. (Avalon) is concurrently conducting drilling activities in close proximity to the Property, specifically on their Separation Rapids Lithium Project.

Today, we proudly declare the mobilization of our drilling and geological crews for an exciting exploratory drill program focused on unlocking the potential of the Big Mack Lithium Project.

Jason Latkowcer, Chief Executive Officer, Pan American Energy Corp

Latkowcer added, “To operate a successful program, it requires extensive geological and logistical planning. All of this is made possible by the human capital that makes up the various teams, including Pan American staff, our partners, and our contractors. We are looking forward to getting started!

About the Property

The property is situated 2 km to the east of Snook Lake Road, which is an all-weather road, and approximately 80 km north of Kenora, Ontario. It is in close proximity, about 1.3 km away, to Avalon’s Separation Rapids, Big Whopper deposit, known to have a measured and indicated resource.

This property is located within an Ontario-registered mining lease and boasts a rich exploration history spanning over 30 years. It falls within the traditional land use area of the Wabaseemoong Independent Nations of Whitedog, Ontario, which is an Indigenous community situated roughly 35 km southwest of the property.

The property hosts four distinct lithium-bearing pegmatites, namely the Big Mack pegmatite, Eleven Zone, Sprinkler Zone, and 6095 pegmatite.

These pegmatites are believed to be associated with the Separation Rapids Pluton and are classified as Complex Type, Petalite Subtype LCT Pegmatites.

Of these, the Big Mack pegmatite stands out as the largest petalite-bearing mass on the property and can be found across an area of approximately 80 by 225 m. Historical drilling efforts conducted in 1998, 1999, and 2001 revealed mineralization that extended along a strike length of roughly 150 m and to a depth of 75 m. Importantly, the mineralization on the property has not been fully explored and remains open both in terms of depth and along its strike.
