Key Highlights:
- Drilling has commenced at BMG’s 100%-owned Bullabulling Gold Project in WA, with up to 3,000 m planned across 30 targeted holes.
- Program follows up on high-grade, near-surface gold hits, including:
- 2 m @ 18.1 g/t Au from 34 m
- 12 m @ 2.3 g/t Au from 53 m
- 4 m @ 10.1 g/t Au from 32 m
- The project is located next to the 2.3 Moz Bullabulling Gold Mine, recently acquired by Minerals 260.
- The same prospective mafic-ultramafic stratigraphy extends into BMG’s tenure.
- Favourable location with excellent access to infrastructure, mining services and nearby processing facilities.
Bullabulling – A Premier Gold Address:
BMG’s Bullabulling Gold Project is strategically located in Western Australia’s renowned Coolgardie gold district, approximately 70 km from Kalgoorlie and adjacent to the Bullabulling Gold Mine recently acquired by Minerals 260. This acquisition has highlighted the value of the region, with BMG’s tenure sitting immediately next to the western portion of the Bullabulling Gold Mine. The project benefits from excellent infrastructure, with water, power, gas and road networks nearby, and the Great Eastern Highway crossing through the tenement package.
Exploration success at Bullabulling North has delivered multiple near-surface, high-grade gold intercepts across four key prospects: Poolmans, Peach, Grizzly and Flame. Recent and historical drilling has returned standout results, including 2 m at 18.1 g/t Au from 34 m, 4 m at 10.1 g/t Au from 32 m, and 12 m at 2.3 g/t Au from 53 m, underscoring the significant gold potential within BMG’s landholding. The Poolmans prospect, the most advanced of these targets, has returned high-grade hits and remains a priority for further exploration.
BMG has now commenced a 3,000 m reverse circulation drilling program with 30 planned holes to test the extents of known gold lodes and explore for parallel structures within the Bullabulling North area. This drilling will provide critical data to refine the geological model and support future development, with assays expected in late July to early August. BMG is well positioned to advance exploration at Bullabulling as it builds on its momentum within this highly prospective and strategically located gold project.
John Prineas, BMG’s Non-Executive Chairman has said:
“BMG’s reconnaissance drilling at Bullabulling has confirmed near-surface occurrences of high-grade gold – including intercepts such as 2 m @ 18.1 g/t from 34 m – giving us confidence in the prospectivity of the project for significant gold mineralization.
“We are excited to now follow-up these discoveries with an expanded drill program that will test four priority gold targets that are interpreted to be within the same mafic-ultramafic trend that hosts the 2.3 million ounce gold resource of Minerals 260.
“With gold prices at record highs and a resurgence of gold exploration and mining in the Coolgardie mineral field, we are pleased to be able to escalate drilling at our Bullabulling Project with a view to unlocking the value of our large and strategically located gold tenure.
“We have also been working on a number of important developments for our flagship Abercromby Gold Project and look forward to announcing these developments in the coming days."
