Sun River Energy Begins Production at Neal Heirs No.1 Well

Sun River Energy has commenced production at the Neal Heirs # 1 well on March 31, 2011. The Neal Heirs # 1 well is perpendicularly drilled to 11,057 feet of total depth in Panola County, Texas.

The company has completed the well in the Haynesville Shale geological structure at 10,214' to 10,716'. The well is sited in the productive Carthage Field.  After the fracture treatment, the well primarily closed at 5,386 PSI tubing pressure.  The well is currently generating both natural gas and crude.  The well is running at 2,256 MCF per day with a steady tubing pressure of 3,320 PSI.

Sun River Energy holds a 77.5% operational interest in the well and Sun River Operating is controlling the well. The well has surpassed the expectation of the company in all the ways. Now, the company is arranging to drill two more wells in the adjacent gas units and is anticipating identical results. The company is developing deep unconventional gas at inexpensive rates. The initial estimate shows that total discovery and expansion cost per MCFE of natural gas will be approximately $1.24. This makes the company to be at the top position of low cost producers in the natural gas market.
