Ethiopian Potash Plans to Begin 15,000 Meter Drill Program

Ethiopian Potash is constructing a field camp and the camp is getting ready to take delivery of the drill crews by the month end and the company expects to begin the 15,000 meter drilling campaign in early May.

On the whole, the company has planned the budget for the field camp construction and the work is being completed. Ethiopian Potash is installing the waste and fresh water systems and a plan for a huge capacity desalinization plant has reached on site and will be operating soon. A mobile phone tower is being fixed and will allow Danakil to clasp into the national cell phone tower network.

Groups of drilling equipment have begun to leave Mek'ele on the way to the property and the company predicts it to be on site in the first week of May. Ethiopian Potash is expecting to commence drilling and is primarily targeting the property’s South-west corner, where 128 mil tonnes grading 21% of an inferred resource exists presently.
