Cadan Resources Updates on T'Boli Gold-Silver Mine

Cadan Resources has unveiled an update about the underground progression of its T'Boli gold-silver mine.

The south crosscut from the progressing east decline has partly breached the 40 m broad South Vein alteration system and has cut 8.2 g/t gold over an initial 8.6 m. the company has returned 134.0 g/t gold over 1.25 m, 28.1 g/t gold over 1.7 m, 21.5 g/t gold over 1.0 m, 14.5 g/t gold over 1.85 m, 12.7 g/t gold over 1.6 m and 6.1 g/t gold over 2.1 m from the development drive sampling.

As the entire south crosscut reveals the 40 m thickness of the South Vein alteration system, additional vein layers will be cut. Potential alteration system is identified to be present nearly 70 m further south. This alteration system will be analyzed using underground drilling.

The company has started a main underground drilling program using two drill rigs to improve the present resource categories and to extend the resource envelope. It has completed drilling the initial hole and has cut several mineralized zones. Visible free gold has been identified in one of these zones. Cadan is waiting for the assay results from the mineralized zones.
