Gold Hawk Changes Name to Oracle Mining Corp.
Gold Hawk Resources has changed its name to Oracle Mining Corporation. The Vancouver based company is listed on the TSX Venture exchange and will now have its shares trade under the symbol OMN starting this Tuesday.
The company said that it had considered the name change to better reflect its focus on its wholly owned property in Arizona. The 100% company owned copper mine is called Oracle Ridge Copper Mine. The mine is situated 24 km north east of Tucson in the state of Arizona. The property is the flagship asset of the Oracle Mining Corp.
The change of name was approved by shareholders via a special resolution at the Annual and Special General Meeting of the company on June 7 this year. The Oracle Mining Corp has about $15 million cash on hand and a minimal long term debt making is a healthy and competitive company.
The Canadian company is looking forward to uncovering other overlooked deep value projects in order to get superior share holder returns. It has an experienced management team of mining professionals who have a good deal of operating experience.
