Dynasty Gold has contracted DeLong Construction for conducting up to 1,230 m of the phase I drill program at the Golden Repeat property. The company has moved a drilling rig to the property and is expecting a final permit approval for drilling from the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Nevada.
The company has scheduled to drill the projecting quartz vein present in a fault, which intersected basalt that was found in the fresh surface work. An outcrop sample has yielded considerable arsenic of 1000 ppm and gold of 1 ppm. The fault-vein has struck the orientation of N 60° E, which was not noticed by early drill holes of Romarco due to the drilling of azimuth.
Dynasty has located the second drill on an isolated structural target, which was planned formerly by Yamana Gold. During 2007 and 2008, Yamana Gold has drilled at the property’s southeast part and intersected fine anomalous gold intervals in a changed rhyolite unit expanding towards the northwest under the property. This rhyolite unit will be advantageous to expand the mineralized quartz veins and it lies beneath the anomalous drill intercepts of Romarco with gold of up to 2.41 ppm. The company has scheduled to drill Romarco's down dip intercepts for focusing on a deep cut in the favorable unit.
