First Bauxite Buys Tarakuli and Tarakulli North West Prospecting Licenses

FIRST BAUXITE CORPORATION (TSX VENTURE:FBX)(FRANKFURT:FBI)(BERLIN:FBI) has announced that, further to its news release issued on July 20, 2010, it has now completed its acquisition of Bauxite Corporation of Guyana Inc. and accordingly, 100% of its interest in and all right and title to, the contiguous Tarakuli and Tarakulli North West Prospecting Licenses in Northeast Guyana.
