Iron Creek Presents Exploration Update on Victoria Joint Venture Project

("Iron Creek") is pleased to provide an exploration update on recent work completed by Hochschild Mining Holdings Limited (HOC.L: "Hochschild"), the operators of the Victoria Joint Venture project. As a result of a recent cash call by the operators to Iron Creek, Iron Creek has declined the opportunity to contribute, and consequently will be diluted from its previously held 40% interest in the project, to 33.88%.

Composite Sample Tests at Kiska’s Whistler Deposit Shows High Gold, Copper Recoveries

Kiska Metals Corporation ("Kiska" or "the Company") reports metallurgical results from studies carried out on composite samples from the Whistler Deposit, Alaska. Locked cycle flotation tests on two composite samples returned average copper concentrates grading 25.4% copper with recoveries averaging 91.9% for copper and 70.4% for gold. These tests indicate that the Whistler deposit is very receptive to standard flotation techniques.

Atico Exercises Option Agreement Extension on El Roble Property

Homestake Reports Surface Soil and Rock Sampling Results from Kinskuch Project

Homestake Resource Corporation ("Homestake") reported today that surface soil and rock sampling on the Kinskuch project has extended Ag-Pb-Zn mineralization south of Homestake's 2011 drilling by an additional 750 metres and expanding the overall Illiance River trend to more than 4.5 kilometres of strike length. In addition, a second sub-parallel trend of elevated Cu and Au anomalies has been identified to the west of the main trend, along a prominent geophysical conductivity anomaly.
