Cornerstone Capital Updates on Cascabel Copper-Gold Porphyry JV Exploration Project

Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc. ("Cornerstone" or "the Company") announces the following project update for the Cascabel copper-gold porphyry joint venture exploration project in northern Ecuador, in which the Company has a 15% interest financed through to completion of a feasibility study. SolGold Plc is funding 100% of the exploration at Cascabel and is the operator of the project.

Metals Creek Reports Additional Drill Results from Continuing Program at Ogden Property

Metals Creek Resources Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to report additional drill results from its continuing program at the Ogden property in the Timmins Gold Camp. Highlights include the possible extension of the Thomas Ogden mineralization 480 meters to the west, where step out hole OG16-040 intersected 5.06 grams per tonne (g/t) Au over 2.6 meters within a wider zone of mineralization consisting of 0.78 g/t over 24.4 m.

GLOBEX MINING ENTERPRISES INC. is pleased to inform shareholders that it has signed a Binding Letter of Intent with Richmont Mines Inc. (TSX:RIC)(NYSE MKT:RIC) wherein Globex will acquire 100% interest in the Francoeur Mine, Arntfield Mine and a large package of mining concessions, mining leases and claims in Beauchastel and Dasserat Townships, west of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.

Kombat Copper and EBM Mining Namibia Enter Definitive Agreement

Kombat Copper Inc. ("Kombat Copper" or the "Company") has signed a definitive agreement with EBM Mining Namibia (Pty) Ltd. ("EBM") to carry out development and mining of lead/copper mineralization at the Kombat Mine while also commencing the refurbishment of the mine infrastructure and production facilities. Production is expected to commence within the year.
