Rogue Resources Receives Drill Core Assay Results from Lac de la Grosse Femelle Project

Rogue Resources Inc. ("Rogue" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has received high purity silica SiO2 drill core assays of up to 99.95% from the Lac de la Grosse Femelle Silica Project ("Femelle") located approximately 42 kilometers ("km") north of Baie-Saint Paul, Québec, and 4 km northeast of Sitec's operating silica mine. These results are some of the highest purity levels recorded by the Company since drilling began in August of this year.

Eurasian Minerals Announces Initial Shipment of Material for Processing from Balya Property

Eurasian Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or "EMX") is pleased to announce it has been advised of the initial shipment of material for processing from the Balya lead-zinc-silver royalty property by owner and operator Dedeman Balya Kursun Cinko Isletmeleri A.S. EMX retains an uncapped 4% net smelter return royalty on the Balya property, which is located in the historic Balya mining district of northwestern Turkey. The Dedeman group (collectively "Dedeman") includes privately-held Turkish mining companies with active operations that produce lead, zinc, silver, and chromite.

Seneca Coal Resources Acquires Two Coal Mines from Cliffs Natural Resources

Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. has closed the sale of its remaining coal business, Pinnacle Mine in West Virginia and Oak Grove Mine in Alabama, to Seneca Coal Resources, LLC. Cliffs values the transaction at closing at $268 million based on Seneca Coal assuming all liabilities of the business. Additionally, Seneca Coal may pay Cliffs an earn out of up to $50 million contingent upon the terms of a revenue sharing plan which extends through the year 2020.

Callinex’s Pine Bay and Flin Flon Projects Receive Permits for 2016 Winter Drilling Campaign

Callinex Mines Inc. is pleased to announce it has received permits for the upcoming winter drilling campaign at the Company's 100% owned Pine Bay and Flin Flon projects, located near HudBay's 777 mine and processing facilities in Flin Flon, Manitoba.
