Tobin Gold Project

Rover purchased a 100% stake in the Tobin Gold Project in February 2022, which consists of a sum of 68 claims on BLM territory totaling 1,405 acres (or 569 hectares). Tobin is a Carlin-style gold system, located in Mesozoic rocks.

The project is roughly 40 km from the functioning Phoenix Gold Mine and is owned by Nevada Gold Mines, a joint venture of Newmont and Barrick.

Tobin is also about 60 km from i-80 Gold’s Lone Tree Gold Mine, 50 km from SSR Mining’s Marigold Mine, and near to additional proven gold resources owned by i-80 Gold, SSR Mining, and Kinross. The property map will explain additional information.

The site is located in the historic Mt. Tobin mercury district, which spans many square kilometers and is characterized by broad silicification and banded chalcedony veins. Along the range-front structure as well as higher in the range, structural and strata-bound jasperoids may be found in the adjacent Triassic and Paleozoic carbonate and fine-grained clastic deposits.

During a BLEG stream sediment sampling exercise, the prospect area was located. Follow-up rock chip sampling along and above the range front verified the presence of several mineralized structures.

Gold concentration in numerous samples ranged between 200 ppb to 1000 ppb Au, with gold levels as high as 2.3 g/t Au. Pathfinder elements have concentrations of up to 200 parts per million Sb, 1100 parts per million As, and 29 parts per million Hg.

Mineralization seems to be concentrated along two subparallel lines at the Tobin Project. The first is the range-front fault, and the second is a structural zone several tens of meters above the valley that is indirectly related to the range-front fault. The finer mineralized rocks mostly came from the second structure, which is higher on the mountain face.

The Tobin Gold Project is our first low-cost gold exploration project. We believe that future drill programs will be reverse circulation (“RC”) drill programs. Tobin is located in the mining friendly jurisdiction of Nevada, in the Battle Mountain region, which has seen significant consolidation in the past several years.
