At the current market prices for precious metals, the initial estimates of the value of gold and silver mineral resources in this study surpass $10 million. The study has been used by the AABB geological and mining operations team to increase the productivity, efficiency, and processing equipment installations of its exploration, development, and resource expansion programs.

The Bonanza property, which is in the active mining area of Acaponeta in Nayarit, Mexico, has recently produced high-grade gold assay findings from samples and drilling operations, with the most significant gold values above 10 grams per ton (g/t).

The Bonanza project has caught the attention of the company management due to its potential for quick expansion, high output, low operating costs, and significant contribution to gross profits. A potential high-yield mining asset, Bonanza is part of the company’s strategic plan to boost gold production and AABB’s physical gold reserves.

By concentrating operations in areas of Mexico where AABB has a relative advantage of development resources and expertise easily accessible for rapid expansion and duplication of the company’s prior gold production success, AABB continues to implement its mining property acquisition strategy to optimize development capital utilization.
