Bison Gold Resources has increased the dimensions of the diamond drilling from 5,000 to 10,000 metres based on positive results from the initial eight drill holes at the Ogama zone expansion.
The company has intersected 37.1 g/t gold over 2.46 metres in hole OG-10-04 and is presently fencing the drill holes. Bison expects to receive the assay results in the upcoming weeks.
The company has encountered major high-grade gold mineralization so far in this program. It not only found the depth expansion and strike of the Ogama zone but also intercepted further high-grade hangingwall‟ gold mineralization. In order to hold the additional follow-up drilling on the received high grade results, the company has doubled the drilling program size.
