International PBX Ventures Updates on Drilling Program at Copaquire Project

International PBX Ventures has updated on the 2011 drilling program at its Copaquire copper-molybdenum project, northern Chile.

Currently, a second drill has reached on site and began drilling at the Marta porphyry intrusive complex (Drill Hole CQ-106). The size of the Marta porphyry has been indicated to be around 5.3kms x 2.6kms through the latest ZTEM airborne geophysical survey results. The second drill is exclusively designed for deep drilling so as to analyze the depth of the porphyry structure. The key target is to examine the Titan IP anomaly that is concurrent to the ZTEM geophysical anomaly allied to a porphyry formation.

Now, the first drill is exploring the Sulfato South copper region (drill hole CQ-107), which is a perpendicular diamond drill hole. Here, the chief target is to analyze for copper mineralization, which is defined in the CQ-100 and CQ-102 holes drilled last year. The company has intersected 2.20% CuEq of 14.0 meters including 0.92% CuEq over 139.6 meters and 0.67% CuEq over 267.6 meters. This first hole will relentlessly evaluate the copper area to describe additional copper resources. ALS Laboratories in La Serena will analyze the drill core samples. These drill holes are tested on 2 m constant basis.
