Habanero Resources to Begin Exploration at Haldane Silver Prospect in Yukon

Habanero Resources has engaged Equity Exploration Consultants of Vancouver to supervise the 2011 drilling program in Yukon. The primary budget allotted for exploration work commencing on Haldane Silver prospect in June 15, 2011, is around $800,000.

The location of Haldane silver property is in the Keno Hill Silver district of Yukon. This project is near ATAC Resources’ Rau discovery and Bellekeno Silver mine of Alexco Resource.

Moreover, Habanero is expecting to start work on White Gold prospect in the upcoming months. This property lies at the Golden Saddle discovery of Underworld Resources and immediately north of the Coffee prospect of Kaminak Gold.

For the past six months, Habanero had very little work in the prospect but currently there are multiple work programs in the two high mining areas. The company has two prospects in Yukon and one prospect in Quebec and it is looking forward to an active summer drilling.

Now, the company has signed an option agreement with an arm's length dealer to buy further 8,303 acres in Quebec depending on regulatory approval. This project is nearer to the property previously under Habanero. The company is expecting to begin drilling program at this prospect in the upcoming months.
