Boxxer Gold Reports 2011-2012 Analytical Results from Boss Porphyry Project

Boxxer Gold, a junior resource company based in Canada, has reported a summary of the analytical results from the diamond drill campaign carried out during 2011-2012 at the Boss porphyry project, containing copper and gold, located in Nevada.

The company encountered several mineralization intervals of copper, gold and silver in the five drill holes out of last six holes, including 0.18 g/t gold, 1.51% copper, and 2.59 g/t silver over 11.3 m. It intersected 0.042 g/t gold, 0.013% copper, and 0.33 g/t silver over 127.9 m in DDH-09-2011. Based on the data obtained from exploration, the upcoming drill program at the Boss Extension skarn will be carried out towards the northwest part of the previous Boss mine.

Boxxer has obtained the analytical results for the low parts of the holes DDH-11-2012 and DDH-10A-2012. It cut a low-grade mineralization interval, containing gold-silver, in DDH-11-2012. The 2011-2012 drill results have considerably improved the company’s understanding of the potential of the porphyry copper occurring at the Boss project and Goodsprings District. The 2011-2012 drill program has shown considerable enrichment of stronger metal towards the northwestern part of DDH-08-2011.

The company is planning to carry out a diamond drill campaign in order to examine the analyzed metal enrichment region and associated chargeability anomalies. The Bureau Of Land Management (BLM) has to approve these drilling locations, before commencing the proposed drill program during late September-early October.

Boxxer prepared all drill core samples at Nevada-based ALS Chemex laboratory. It sent the prepared sample pulps to Vancouver-based ALS Chemex for geochemical analysis.
