Expert in Old Mine Cut Diamonds Reaches Milestone

E. Ralph Morgan, G.G. has seen thousands of old European and old mine cut diamonds since he became a Graduate Gemologist in 1987, graduating from the residency program of the Gemological Institute of America's Santa Monica campus.
