Corrections to Press Releases dated September 1st, 2021 and September 17th, 2021

The Sirios press release on September 1st, 2021, concerning the closure of the first tranche of a flow-through private placement, reports the cost of finder’s fee paid to intermediaries for the first tranche shove as $14,000 instead of $30,000. Furthermore, in the press release dated September 17th, 2021, for the closing of the second and final tranche, the total amount paid as the finder’s fee for the first and second tranches should have been $30,280 instead of $16,280.

About the Aquilon Property

The Aquilon property is composed of over 30 gold showings on the surface, which include a few of very high grade, most notably 560 g/t Au over 0.49 m, 834 g/t Au over 1.71 m, and 3,230.89 g/t Au over 0.8 m.

Extensive drilling has been conducted on the property over the years. However, a majority of these holes measured on an average 60 m and focused directly on four main showings when the project was managed by its partners at the time. A recompilation was performed by Sirios, with all available data, and it is proposing a new exploration program for the property, which is considered to possess exceptional potential.

Sirios holds 100% proprietary rights over the Aquilon property, which includes 140 claims stretching across 70 km2. The property is situated 490 km East of Radisson and can be easily accessed by an all-season road through the Trans-Taiga highway via the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region.

Additional information regarding the property is available in the Sirios corporate presentation. The verification of the technical data in this press release was done by Roger Moar, P.Geo. and Dominique Doucet, P.Eng. qualified persons under NI 43-101.
