Curlew Lake Resources to Begin Drilling at Two Exploration Fronts

Having overcome delays at FBA 9-14-57-24 W4M the well site construction is in progress now. The Company contracts a coil tubing drilling unit to drill a well to examine the Ellerslie formations. It is likely to begin drilling by next week.

New Pool Wildcat is the exploration hole and plans to assess numerous formations on the way to a target depth of 1116 meters. This site will be drilled to analyze a minimum of two Ellerslie sedimentary channels and lead the way to a three-dimensional  seismic survey on portions of Curlew lands. It is expected that several targets will be found.

At present, Curlew has acquired an interest in over 800,000 acres of Alberta Metallic and Industrial Minerals exploration permits next to the iron exploration at Clear Hills and based on the achievement of the iron ore and vanadium project exploration; Curlew anticipates to employ the Alberta Geological Survey Open File Report to plan a field study for the upcoming field season.

Aeromagnetic data and geochemistry are assessed presently to plan the most realistic and cost- effective exploration program feasible at Hotchkiss and Halverson.
